Title: Quality Inspection
Introduction:Our ISO8 purifying standard control laboratory, is equipped with a complete set of quality inspection machinery used to examine raw materials, packing materials and semi-finished products. After 72 hours observation, products are certified as meeting the relevant standards and can then be filled. With total bacteria less than 10cfu/ml, the total number of fungus and micro-enzymes is less than 10cfu/ml.

Title: Manufacturing
Introduction:The design of this vacuum homogenizing emulsifying machine is in accordance with the GMP criterion and FDA standard. With grain size up to 0.1μm, this instrument greatly improves the stability of our products. Adopting vacuum piping ejection when discharging, the material is thus isolated in the air to prevent secondary pollution. Meanwhile, we import more than 95% of all raw materials in order to guarantee product quality.

Title: Filling
Introduction:This vacuum filling machine is designed according to the GMP criteria, and is used to prevent material from entering the air and causing secondary pollution. With filling accuracy reaching 1.0%, this model conforms with the JJF1070-2000 standard. Meanwhile, with total bacteria less than 10cfu/cm on the surface of the work table, the number in each filling line is less than 0cfu/cm; thereby meeting the GB980-1995 standard.

Title: Packing
Introduction:This packing line has five 8 meter conveying belts, and can fill 6 to 8 tons per day. comprehensive packing line, this equipment meets the QB1685-93 standard.
